What You’ll Be Doing.

As the Sr. Digital Analyst, you’ll play a key role in creating and delivering custom reports with the highest level of accuracy.
*This is not a data science/programming/engineering role.

  • Goal: Deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for internal teams and clients.

    Target Outcome
    : Creation and presentation of clear and understandable data visualizations that effectively communicate the results of data analysis to non-technical audiences.

  • Goal: Develop and mentor team members in data analysis.

    Target Outcome: Improved data analysis skills and storytelling, resulting in more effective and efficient insights and strategies.

  • Act as a data and analytics evangelist, encouraging and teaching other stakeholders to use our analytics platforms to drive business decisions.

  • Translate complex data into simple visualizations and high-level, actionable insights to guide digital strategy for Digital Advertising campaigns.

  • Suggest, manipulate, analyze and story tell with data from various advertising data sources using different analysis tools.

  • Create, maintain and optimize client reports and interactive dashboards by pulling campaign data from various advertising platforms.

  • Define, track, and monitor analytics to assess campaign KPIs.

  • Identify trends, issues and areas of opportunity from the campaign data to provide insights and generate strategic, meaningful, and actionable recommendations.

  • Communicate the analysis in both written and verbal ways to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from other teams.

Skills + Experience.

  • 3 years of professional experience in the digital advertising/marketing industry.
  • Ad buying experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal English, including the ability to produce clear and well-organized documentation.
  • University or college degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics or related discipline.
  • Experience with data storytelling to communicate insights and give recommendations using visualization tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a client-oriented, fast-paced and dynamic environment by upholding excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to identify and extract requirements from others.
  • Enthusiasm towards taking on new challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience working with BI tools (such as Adverity, Grow, Tableau and/or Google Data Studio) to create data visualizations.
  • Familiar with MSExcel, including vlookup, array formulas, pivot tables and charts.
